Bohra Wear Vendor Policy
1. Scope of Services
Bohra Wear provides comprehensive digital marketing services to vendors, which may include:
- Social media management (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
- Content creation, including post designs and engagement.
- Website access and SEO services, if included in the selected package.
Services are delivered according to the package selected by the vendor and are designed to enhance vendor visibility and engagement with customers on digital platforms.
2. Vendor Payment Terms
- Vendors agree to pay Bohra Wear a fixed monthly fee based on the selected service package.
- The monthly fee covers all services in the package; additional expenses, such as ad costs, will be managed by vendors or reimbursed to Bohra Wear upon invoicing.
- Payments must be made promptly as per the invoicing schedule provided by Bohra Wear to ensure uninterrupted service.
3. Responsibilities of Bohra Wear
- Bohra Wear will provide digital marketing and content creation services as outlined in the vendor’s chosen package.
- Bohra Wear will ensure high-quality and consistent social media engagement, content creation, and, where applicable, SEO services.
- Bohra Wear will offer regular updates and reports on marketing activities to keep vendors informed of their digital presence and engagement metrics.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors must provide Bohra Wear with any necessary materials, information, or access required to execute marketing activities.
- Vendors are responsible for making timely payments of the agreed monthly fee, as well as any additional charges for ad campaigns or special services.
- Vendors are encouraged to collaborate with Bohra Wear’s team for the best possible marketing outcomes, providing feedback and responding to requests in a timely manner.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential. Bohra Wear and vendors will not disclose proprietary or sensitive information about each other’s business operations or strategies to third parties without prior consent.
6. Contract Term and Termination
- The initial term of this agreement is three months. After this period, the agreement may continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Bohra Wear reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the vendor fails to make timely payments or does not comply with the terms of this policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Bohra Wear is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the vendor’s use of the services. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their actions, in partnership with Bohra Wear’s marketing efforts, align with legal standards and do not harm the Bohra Wear brand.
